WHO WE ARE

Tim Adams Specialty Coffee (TASC) is the brainchild of award-winning Australian barista Tim Adams. We have been turning heads since establishment in 2010. At TASC we live and breathe exceptional coffee, in fact, we’re firm believers that a balanced diet consists of a coffee in each hand.

For us, delivering the perfect cup of coffee is not just about using the right equipment and having a fancy label; it’s about taking the time and care to perfect every step of the growing and brewing process.

Our team is united through our passion for coffee. This underpins everything we do from our personalised approach to deliveries, to the level of customer service & support we offer our partners. Every product is trialled and tested to ensure only the best quality is recommended by us, this includes products like our alternative milks range to more advanced options in coffee equipment.

Our team enjoys keeping up to date with what’s going on in the broader coffee industry. Working together to stay on top of their game and always willing to share their knowledge with you. We understand that everyone is at a different stage with their interest for coffee, therefore we have an approachable and individual mindset to ensure your passion continues to grow with us.

One of our biggest motivators is our philosophy in giving back. We are strong believers in doing what we say we are going to do, and for us this is not just about our service and our products but also giving back to our local communities and producers who work tirelessly to provide the coffee we all know and love.

Our dedication to quality and acting in an ethically responsible manner is paramount, and it is for this reason that we go one step further than certified  fair-trade coffee — we travel the world multiple times per year to source the best crops and trade directly with farmers.  This allows us to personally guarantee the highest quality in flavour and  all farmers who supply our bean s are getting a fair & decent price for their crops.  With this sourcing philosophy we are able to build  long-term sustainable relationships with our producers world wide. 

We’re so passionate about our product that any cafes and  restaurants looking to stock our blends have to share our unwavering  passion for coffee. We also place a strong emphasis on freshness and work with every wholesale partner to determine the optimum age for  brewing so every cup is delivered at the highest quality first time, every time!

With a team of coffee professionals, we are here to guide you through every step of the way from ordering procedures to stock availablity and all the tools, tricks and knowledge you need to brew coffee confidently and passionately.

ROASTING

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Coffee roasting is less about taking a coffee to certain degree of colour, but more giving each coffee the respect it deserves, showcasing the terroir of the growing regions, processing & storage. We do this through achieving the right Roast Development, in the right time at the right temperature with that perfect ROR (Rate of Rise) for every unique coffee.

Roast Development is crucial to the overall cup profiles. We work hard to maintain each coffees unique development percentages for the best flavours and textures in every bean.

Education is a crucial part in roasting experience, both behind the equipment and palate development. Our Roasting team have spent countless years perfecting their craft.
