Farm: El Liquidambar. Producer: Marquez Family. Varietal: Bourbon. Process: Washed.
El Liquidambar has a very special place in our hearts. We fell in love with this farm and the Marquez family upon our first visit in 2018. This farm reminds us of a set out of Jurassic Park, it’s steep rainforest like terrain (even with hidden caves) provides the perfect conditions for growing coffee. They are some of the most sweet, sugar rich, fruit forward Honduran coffees we’ve ever experienced.

Farm: Tore Badiya Village: Haniku - Kochere Varietal: Heirloom Process: Natural
This stunning Natural lot comes from Melkalati Trading, named after a river that runs through the village of Tore Badiya. This coffee brings exotic fruit qualities to our Chapola Blend. A combination of complex natural processing techniques plus the interactions among soil, rainfall distribution, temperature, shade and genetics made this coffee unique for this specific area.
