We are thrilled to share this coffee with you from Sojonia Estate Coffees. A new partnership for us that blossomed from our first visit to the Estate in late 2024. Sojonia is an organization based in Matagalpa to connect with various smallholder producers throughout the Matagalpa and Jinotega region. Here, the team seek to provide producers with access to international markets to increase overall income and help create a future for their coffee in Nicaragua. They also assist with dry milling and exporting whilst also educating producers about maintaining quality. This partnership started on our last visit in late 2023.
